  1. Hi, I was wondering about coffee and tea, did you include that as well in this diet? Thanks for sharing and congratulations. Lidia

  2. hi Lidia, you can drink tea but only natural ones, not with flavoring. Don't had any sugar or sweeteners too.Cafe is not very good because it has caffeine and can make you nervous and increase appetite. if you can avoid it, use an organic decaff instead.

  3. hi!
today's the first day i'm trying your invention out :)
i ate about 50grams of almonds today and it made me so full i almost had to force myself to eat the dinner :)
my only concern is i might get bored of eating the same food every day...how do you cope with that?

  4. Hi Nena, thanks for trying :D. Great that you fell full, thats the point :)
yes, sometimes is a bit boring... but I have some ideas for avoinding that, for example:

Try to slice a pear and put the slices in a plate with cinamon for 2 minutes, then put some natural yogurt (plain yogurt?) in each slice.
Another idea is instead of almonds you can eat hazelnuts
Another is to buy that rice cookies and break one in peaces and mix with natural yogurt.
Another one is using water with bubbles and put some drops of lemon, it can simulate 7UP hehe.
Did you wanted more ideias for the snacks or the major meals?
Sorry about my english, not very good I know...
I hope this tips help :)

You can eat them because the only ingredients are rice and salt, they dont have chemicals

  6. hello!
i'm back and i want to thank you for the reply and opologise i didn't write back sooner - i obviously didnt come arround here *blush*
i dont mind your english since i'm not a native english speaker either so we have the same "problem" ;)

i fell off the diet after a few days because i was stressed and unmotivated which lead to being bored with the menu. i think it so bizzare - you give us the simplest possible rules and an idiot-proof menu even for the laziest and non-cooking people :)

i love rice waffles! but i'd like to find a way to stop eating them after i eat one! i just start munching on them untill the half of them are gone/in my stomach :/

why don't u put photos of your daily meals for 7 days on blog? i think it'd b a good example for the non-english-speaking people too aswell as even more encouraging to do the same as you did.

i really have to congratulate you for dropping 18kg!!! i'm wanting to go from 56kg to 48 or 45kg but it seems so hard and such a long journey (i'm 1.68cm tall btw and i used to weigh 48kg while i was practising profesionally 2-3times/day and was healthy)

    have a lovely evening!
