ReplyDeleteNatural yoghurt mean plain pure yoghurt? Not the ones with fruit bits and aloe vera? I hope this works ^.^
ReplyDeleteYap, unless you put fruit yourself. This is because fruit yogurts usually have added some kind of sugar or sweetener. Plain yogurt don't and the glycemic index its much lower.
ReplyDeleteHi there, how much meat do you have? Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi! If you choose to eat at lunch and dinner I would put between 100 to 200 gr for each (its valid if you chose fish or other protein)
Deletehi...I m vegeterian so what can I eat in place of fish or meat ?
ReplyDeleteHi, search for other vegetarian choices high in protein. You can make seitan (gluten from whole wheat), beans or other nut like walnuts, cashew nuts, hazelnuts. If you are not vegan you can as well eat eggs or natural yogurts. I believe there are some burger recipes with nuts and oats in the internet that can be handy.
